Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 35-foot low voltage central vacuum hose assembly (Part #XE130138035BUI) is a light gray Plastiflex hose with an integrated button switch on the handle. It matches Plastiflex model 1123 and installs on standard central vacuum systems.

A central vacuum hose that has cracked, kinked, or lost its switch signal will bleed suction or fail to start the unit from the handle. Replacing it restores a sealed air path and reliable on and off control. Inspect the tubing and connections periodically, since small cracks and loose fittings are what interrupt suction over time.
