Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 50-foot Plastiflex hose assembly, part XZ130138050BUM, carries a low-voltage on/off switch at the handle with a friction-fit connector at the wall end. The switch and its button lock sit at the handle, so the unit is controlled from where you are working rather than at the wall.
