Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the lower wand section on a Kenmore canister vacuum, the pipe that runs from the upper wand down to the floor nozzle and carries the internal cord that powers a motorized nozzle.

Because this wand carries an electrical cord as well as airflow, it can fail in two separate ways. A crack in the tube lets air in and drops suction at the nozzle, while a break in the internal cord cuts power to the nozzle motor even though suction through the hose stays normal. Either fault can show up on its own, so it is worth checking both suction and nozzle power before assuming which one has failed.
