Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a complete replacement handle assembly for the Lux (Electrolux/Aerus) 1205 power nozzle. The handle is the part you grip to steer the motorized floor head and houses the connection point and pivot that lets the nozzle swivel and recline as you clean. Over years of use, original handles crack, loosen, or break at the neck, leaving the nozzle hard to control.
