Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the machine-end cuff for the Lux (Electrolux/Aerus) Discovery upright vacuum hose. The cuff is the molded end fitting that seats the hose into the body of the vacuum, sealing the connection so suction is delivered without leaks. This version is built from crushproof material in black, so it resists flattening and cracking under repeated bending and storage.

Replacing a worn or split machine-end cuff (Part #26-1331-99BLK) restores an airtight hose-to-machine seal and proper suction on your Discovery upright.
