Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This after filter is the exhaust-stage filter for the Lux (Aerus) LE-2100 canister vacuum, sold here as a 2-pack, part 15-1835. Mounted at the exhaust outlet, it's the last filter the air passes through before it's released back into the room, catching whatever fine dust made it past the bag and the earlier filtration stage.

Because it sits at the very end of the airflow path, a loaded after filter has an outsized effect on the air quality leaving the vacuum. Once it's visibly gray or feels stiff to the touch, it's no longer trapping fine particulate the way a fresh filter does, and buying a 2-pack means a spare is ready the next time that happens rather than waiting on a reorder.
