Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 16-inch metal brush roll is a replacement for the Eureka VGII and agitates carpet fibers to loosen embedded dirt and debris. The metal core carries the bristle strips that sweep debris toward the suction path.

A worn brush roll with frayed or shortened bristles cannot clean carpet effectively, leaving grit behind in the pile. Wrapped hair and uneven bristle wear are common culprits. Installing a fresh roll returns full agitation and pickup.
