Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The genuine Miele Active AirClean filter SF-AA 50, part 12785350, is a charcoal exhaust cassette that tackles odors at the source as your Miele vacuum runs. An activated-charcoal layer adsorbs smells drawn from the dustbag — pet odors, smoke, and cooking smells — while the AirClean media continues to trap fine dust, releasing noticeably fresher air back into the room.

Removing more than 99.95% of particles 0.5 microns and larger, this cassette is the recommended odor-control filter for AirClean 50-series Miele canisters and uprights. The integrated TimeStrip indicator fills with a red line over roughly a year of use, signaling exactly when it is time to fit a new one. Part 12785350 is also referenced as 09616110 and replaces the earlier 09338530.
