Genuine Miele spacer bracket 10971050 lets your Complete C3 or S8 series canister run the flat Super AirClean exhaust filter pad that comes packed with every box of Miele GN and FJM dustbags — no need to keep buying the larger HEPA AirClean (SF-HA50) or Active AirClean charcoal (SF-AA50/SF-AAC50) cartridges unless you want them.
The bracket simply clips into the exhaust filter compartment in place of a cassette-style filter and holds the standard AirClean pad securely against its seal, keeping the airflow path airtight. Swapping back to a HEPA cassette later takes seconds: pop the bracket out and drop the cassette in.
