Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele bag bracket with keylock, part number 12693641, is the genuine filter bag holder for the Miele Guard L1 canister vacuum series (model family SUFE0). This bracket sits inside the dust compartment and clamps the collar of the Miele HyClean dust bag securely in position, while its keylock geometry makes sure a bag can only seat the correct way around. When the original bracket cracks or its locking tab wears, bags can sit loose in the compartment, letting fine dust bypass the bag and reach the motor filter — replacing the bracket restores the sealed bag fit the Guard L1 was engineered for.
