Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 10513963 is a complete cable reel assembly for the Miele Blizzard CX1, supplied with the 6.5-meter (about 21-foot) U.S. cord already wound onto the spool. It is the +E build, so it is the reel to order when your machine's designation carries that suffix rather than one of the other Blizzard CX1 variants.

Order this reel when the cord no longer retracts fully, the pedal release no longer lets the spool spin free, or power drops in and out at the hose connection during use, which points to worn contacts inside the reel rather than a fault further down the machine.
