Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Genuine Miele part 9925274 is the complete cord reel assembly for Compact C1 and S4000 series canisters, supplied with the 5.5 m (18 ft) power cord already wound and ready to install. No splicing, no transferring the old cord: the whole module swaps in as one piece.

Verified compatibility:

  • Miele Compact C1 models on the SCAE0 chassis (Pure Suction, Turbo Team, HomeCare)
  • Miele S4000 canisters including S4210 and S4212
  • S4 named models: Antares, Neptune, Polaris, Capella, Carina, Sirius, Luna, Eclipse, Orion
