    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The Miele cable reel BCC, part number 11151694, is the complete cord rewind assembly built for US-market Boost CX1 canister vacuums. It houses the full 6.5-meter (21 ft) power cord on a spring-loaded spool, so a single tap of the foot pedal pulls the entire cable neatly back into the body of the machine.

    If your Boost CX1 cord no longer retracts, snags halfway, or shows fraying near the plug, this genuine Miele assembly restores the one-touch comfort rewind the vacuum shipped with. Because the cord and reel come as one factory-assembled unit, there is no splicing or re-spooling — remove the old reel, seat the new one, and reconnect the terminals.

    Fits: Miele Boost CX1 compact bagless canisters, including SNCE0 (Cat & Dog), SNRE0, SNRF0 (PowerLine) and related US Boost CX1 variants. This is the USA-spec reel — confirm your data plate model code before ordering, as European Boost CX1 machines use a different reel.
