Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Compatible Models

The 6163669 handle is built for 36 mm straight-suction (non-conical) hoses and fits a wide span of Miele canisters: the S4, S5, S6 and S8 series along with the Complete C2 and Complete C3 ranges. It is not intended for conical-hose models.
