Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 10483323 is a complete cord reel assembly for the Miele Classic C1 and S2000 canister lines, sold with its cord pre-installed and wound onto the spool. When a cord stops retracting fully or drops power mid-task, the spring and contacts inside the reel have typically given out, not the cord itself, which is why the fix is a full reel swap rather than a cord splice.

Because this part swaps the reel as a single unit, the foot-pedal rewind and the electrical connection both come back working at the same time, in one repair instead of two separate fixes. It also means there is no need to judge whether the spring or the contacts are the weaker half, since both are replaced together.
