We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Miele crevice tool is a replacement narrow nozzle for reaching tight spaces that a standard floor head cannot. Its slim, angled tip concentrates suction to clean along baseboards, between sofa cushions, around radiators, in car seats, and into corners and seams.

As a direct replacement (Part #004-07), it restores detail-cleaning capability to Miele canister and upright vacuums whose original crevice tool is lost, cracked, or worn. Please verify your machine uses the full-length 8.25" crevice nozzle rather than the compact tool-on-board crevice before ordering, since the two are not interchangeable. Slides onto the Miele wand or handle for quick, focused cleanup of dust and debris in hard-to-reach areas.
