    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Genuine Miele brush roller motor for the Duoflex HX1 cordless stick vacuum, part number 12489950. This is the dedicated drive motor inside the Duoflex's MultiFloor electrobrush — the component that powers the roller and lets the floorhead automatically adjust brush speed as it detects carpet, rugs, or hard flooring.

    When this motor fails, the symptoms are unmistakable: the vacuum's suction motor still runs, but the brush roller won't spin at all, even with a fresh belt and a clean, debris-free roller.
