    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This genuine Miele tooth belt, part number 12489980, is the internal drive belt for the MultiFloor electrobrush on the Miele Duoflex HX1 cordless stick vacuum (SQLL0 series). The toothed profile keeps the brush roller locked in sync with the brush motor, so the roller spins at the exact speed the floorhead's automatic flooring detection calls for — no slipping on carpet, no lag on hard floors.

    If your Duoflex floorhead has gone quiet, the roller has stopped turning, or you hear the motor running while the brush stays still, a worn or snapped belt is the most common cause. Replacing it with the factory-original belt restores full agitation and pickup without risking the stretched fit and premature wear that generic belts often bring.
