Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This small blue bracket does a big job: it locks the FilterBag collar squarely against the intake port of your Miele canister so every bit of airflow passes through the bag instead of around it. Miele part 7793096 (also listed as 07793096) is the genuine dustbag holder bracket for the Complete C3 and S8000 series, and it is far and away the most commonly lost Miele part — it slides off with a full bag and goes straight into the trash unnoticed. Without it, the bag-change indicator misreads, fine dust bypasses into the motor compartment, and suction suffers.
