Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Miele dust compartment filter 3-pack, part 6713110, is the pre-motor filter that sits inside the bag chamber of Miele pure-suction canister vacuums. Positioned between the dustbag and the motor, it traps fine debris and dust that escapes the bag, protecting the motor and helping maintain strong, consistent suction over the life of the machine.

The pad is sized to drop into the dust compartment of compatible Miele canisters with no tools required. Miele recommends fitting a fresh dust compartment filter each time you start a new box of GN or FJM dustbags, or sooner if it becomes visibly soiled. The three-pack covers multiple bag-box cycles, so a clean filter is always ready.
