Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This dust compartment seal, part 10471722, is a replacement gasket for the bag compartment on Miele Classic C1 and S2000 series canister vacuums.

A compartment seal that has hardened, torn, or come loose lets air bypass the dust bag instead of pulling through it, which shows up as noticeably weaker pickup even though the bag itself looks fine and is not full. It is an easy part to overlook during a bag change, since it can shift out of place without being obviously damaged.
