Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele HX-EC 20 Electro Compact handheld brush (part number 12410910) turns your Duoflex HX1 into a serious tool for upholstery, stairs, mattresses, and car interiors. Unlike a passive turbo nozzle, the HX-EC 20 has its own motor-driven roller that actively lifts embedded pet hair, lint, and ground-in dirt out of fabric instead of just skimming the surface.

At roughly 6 inches (16 cm) wide, it's compact enough to work between sofa cushions and across car seats, yet covers stairs quickly. The brush roller is removable for easy cleaning when hair wraps build up, and the head connects either directly to the Duoflex PowerUnit for handheld work or to the suction wand for extra reach.
