Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

A flush socket is the outlet a canister uses to pass power out to an electric hose and electrobrush. When its contacts pit, arc or break, the powerhead stops getting power even though the machine's suction motor keeps running normally.

Because this part carries household current, unplug the vacuum before removing the old socket and again before testing the new one, and if you are not comfortable working with the wiring, have it fitted by someone who is rather than forcing a connection that does not sit right.
