Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This accessory adds a stretch of flexible, high-flow hose that extends up to roughly 47 inches (120 cm), letting you snake the nozzle under low furniture, into ceiling corners, behind appliances, and around tight bends without dragging the whole vacuum into position.

It connects through Miele's SpeedLock system, clicking directly onto the PowerUnit or onto the wand for added length. The high-flex polymer construction is built to maintain airflow and suction through the bend, so you keep effective pickup even at full extension. When you're done, it detaches just as quickly and stores compactly.

Whether you are doing detailed cleaning above eye level, clearing cobwebs, or vacuuming the car, the HX-FSH 20 turns the Duoflex or TriFlex into a far more versatile tool.
