Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Crushproof suction hose with cuffs for the Miele S2000 and S2100 canister vacuums, part 54-1108-04. It comes with the cuffs fitted at both ends, so it connects to the machine and the wand exactly as the original does.

Crushproof construction is the point here: the ribbed wall lets the hose flex around furniture and take being stood on without collapsing and shutting off airflow. What eventually fails is the section nearest the handle, where the hose is bent every time the vacuum is used — it splits along a rib, and suction at the floorhead drops away while the motor sounds unchanged.

If your Miele has gone weak and the bag and filters are clean, run the hose through your hands with the machine on and feel for air pulling in through a crack.
