Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele SBD 380-3 FiberTeQ AllFloor combination floorhead, genuine part 12789670, is Miele's everyday universal floor tool engineered to move between hard floors and carpet without swapping attachments. Built around Miele's FiberTeQ bristle technology, it captures fine dust, daily debris and larger particles in a single pass, giving you one head that handles the whole house.

A foot-operated switch raises and lowers the all-round bristle strip on the soleplate: drop the bristles for gentle, scratch-free gliding on hardwood, tile and laminate, or retract them to vacuum carpet and rugs. Rubberized rollers and smooth glide strips let the head slide easily and protect delicate hard-floor surfaces, while the low-profile body reaches under sofas, beds and other low furniture.
