Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele SES 115 electric hose, genuine part 5234144, is a direct-connect powered suction hose for early Miele canister vacuums that drive an electric power head. It channels both airflow and electrical current from the motor down to the wand and brushroll, supplying the power required to run a Miele SEB-series powerbrush on a canister that shipped with a non-electric hose.

The handle is contoured with a rounded, ergonomic grip that keeps the wrist in a neutral position to reduce arm fatigue during longer cleaning sessions. A fingertip rocker switch on the handle stops the powerbrush motor on demand, letting you switch to bare floors such as hardwood, tile or linoleum without shutting off suction. Direct-connect wiring runs the current internally with no exposed external cord.
