Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The genuine Miele SES 116 electric suction hose, part number 7762550 (also catalogued as 07762550 or 590117), carries both airflow and electrical current from the canister to the wand, which is what lets motorized brushes like Miele's electro powerheads run at full speed on these machines.

The SES 116 is roughly 7 feet of crush-proof hose with a 360-degree swivel ergonomic handle and a fingertip on/off switch for the powerhead. At the machine end, a short pigtail cord plugs into the canister's outlet; at the other end it direct-connects to the wand. For electric powerbrush use, pair it with Miele's SET 210/220 electric telescopic wand.

Compatibility spans the Miele S2 / S2000 series — including the S2120 Delphi, S2180 Titan, S2181, Capri, Olympus, and Ariel — and the Classic C1 canister line, including the Classic C1 Cat & Dog (type SBBN0) and other Classic C1 models (SBAN0).
