We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The genuine Miele SES 121 electric suction hose, part number 10715783, is the powered hose that drives the electric powerbrush on most Complete C3 and S8000 canisters. Roughly 6.5 feet long, it carries integrated wiring through the hose wall, an ON/OFF powerhead switch built into the handle, and a 360-degree swivel coupling that keeps the hose from twisting as you work. It uses Miele's direct-connect machine coupling — no pigtail cord required.

Confirmed fitment:

  • Complete C3 Kona, Cat & Dog, Marin, HomeCare, Calima, Alize (and other SGFE0 models)
  • S8000 / S8 series canisters (except the S8990 UniQ)
  • Blizzard CX1 Cat & Dog

Does not fit: Complete C3 Brilliant, C3 HomeCare Plus, or S8 UniQ — those machines use the SES 131 hose with fingertip controls instead.

Replace your hose when you find splits or crush damage in the sleeve, or when the powerhead cuts in and out as you rotate the handle — that flicker means the internal conductors are breaking. A genuine 10715783 restores both airtight suction and reliable powerhead electrics in one piece.
