Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This ergonomic hose hand-piece adds a built-in LED that switches on at the touch of a button, illuminating under furniture, inside closets and along baseboards where grime hides. It connects the straight-suction hose to the telescopic wand and includes an airflow regulator for adjustable suction.

Compatible Models

The 9385930 handle fits Miele canister vacuums that use a straight-suction (non-conical) hose, including the S2000, S6000 and S8000 series along with the Complete C2, Complete C3, Compact C1 and the S8340. It is a direct retrofit upgrade for any of these machines.
