Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This straight-suction hose, material number 10721260, is built for Miele Compact C2 and S6000 series canisters used without an electric powerhead, so it carries airflow only and has no wiring or contacts at either cuff. Miele lists the part for its SD-series and S 6xxx canisters. Suction-only tools such as a combo floor head, a turbo brush, or a parquet brush attach at the far end.

A hose that has cracked, split, or lost its flex with age leaks air along the tube and drops suction at the wand no matter how strong the motor still is. Swapping in a fresh length restores a sealed path from the canister to whatever tool is attached.
