Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Miele suction hose, part number 11368972, is the complete 1820 mm (B20) flexible hose for the Boost CX1 series — supplied with both end fittings attached, so it clicks straight into the canister inlet and accepts your existing handle and wands.

At 1.82 meters the B20 hose gives the compact Boost CX1 its full working reach, and the crush-resistant ribbed construction is engineered to flex thousands of times without splitting at the cuffs, which is where cheap aftermarket hoses fail first. If you can hear air hissing from the hose body, or suction at the handle is noticeably weaker than at the canister inlet, this is the part to replace.
