Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

This is the complete non-electric hose that links the handle to the canister: 182 cm (71 5/8") of crush-resistant flexible hose with the connection stub, sleeve, and locking ring already fitted, so it clicks straight into the machine port and the handle end without any carry-over parts from your old hose.
