Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the core motor unit that drives airflow through the PowerUnit — the component that creates the vacuum's pulling power. When suction drops noticeably even with clean filters and a clear airway, or the motor runs loud, weak, or intermittently, a failing motor is the usual cause, and this OEM replacement brings the machine back to full performance.

The fan motor is a precision component matched to the TriFlex's electronics and battery management. Using the genuine 11954340 assembly ensures the correct motor speed, current draw, and airflow the vacuum was engineered for, and protects the surrounding electronics from the irregular loads a mismatched aftermarket motor can impose.

This is a repair-grade part typically installed during a motor service.
