Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

When a TriFlex loses power, runs intermittently, or stops drawing dust into the bin, a worn or failed motor is the most common cause, and this OEM unit drops in as a direct replacement.

Because the TriFlex HX2 uses Miele's high-efficiency brushless motor, only the matching genuine assembly will deliver rated performance and runtime. Aftermarket motors typically under-perform and can shorten battery life. Part 11559975 is the factory-spec component.
