Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Miele separator assembly in red (RTMT), part 11627049, is the cyclonic separation unit that sits between the dust container and the motor on the Miele TriFlex HX2 cordless vacuum. The separator spins incoming air to fling dust and debris into the bin while keeping fine particles away from the motor and pre-motor filter — the core of the TriFlex's bagless cleaning system.

Over time a separator can crack, clog, or wear at its seals, causing loss of suction, dust blow-by, or a vacuum that no longer empties cleanly.
