Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Miele tubular handle, part 3565460, is the bent hand piece that joins the non-electric suction hose to the telescopic wand on older Miele canister vacuums. It is the correct factory replacement for the S200, S300 and S400 series straight-suction machines when the original handle is cracked, the connection is loose, or the suction control no longer functions.

A manual suction adjuster built into the handle lets you dial airflow down for delicate jobs such as curtains and upholstery, then back up for carpet and bare floors. The handle works only with non-conical, non-electric hoses and pairs with air-driven floor tools like the hard floor, parquet and combination brushes. Replacement is straightforward and needs only a small flat-blade screwdriver; the part is the handle alone and does not include the hose or drain elbow.
