Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

When the suction controls on a high-end Miele canister stop responding, the electronic unit is almost always the culprit. This genuine Miele electronic unit, part number 11212120, is the printed circuit board that manages motor power delivery and electronic suction regulation on Miele's premium straight-suction canisters built on the SGJE0 chassis — the Complete C3 Marin and Complete C3 Alize — as well as the earlier S8590 generation they replaced.

Because this board sits between the power supply and the motor, Miele service guidance recommends fitting a fresh electronic unit whenever the vacuum motor is replaced, so both components age together. Symptoms that point to this part include a vacuum that won't power on, suction that no longer adjusts through its settings, or intermittent cutouts during use.
