Returns & Exchanges

For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Its Acustek peripheral discharge reduces motor noise well below a standard motor, while double ball bearings support about 97 CFM of airflow, which suits noise-sensitive environments.

Replace the motor when you notice suction loss, unusual sounds, or a unit that will not start. Fitting the matching quiet motor restores rated airflow and returns operation to its lower noise level.
