Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Commutator housing and bearing bracket for Ametek Lamb 5.7 inch sleeve bearing motors, our part 22602, also carried as 05-8835-04 and covering the 717 series. It caps the commutator end of the motor and carries the bearing that holds the armature shaft in line.

The bracket does two jobs at once. It keeps dust and grit out of the commutator and brush area, and it sets the alignment of one end of the armature. A crack in the housing lets debris straight onto the commutator, and a bracket that no longer holds the bearing square puts the shaft slightly off axis - which you hear first as a change in the motor's note and see later as uneven brush wear and a scored commutator.

This is a replacement bracket for those Ametek Lamb motors. Confirm your motor series and that it is a sleeve bearing unit before ordering.
