Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A complete replacement motor assembly for the Castex LT-1601 commercial machine, part 116455-00. It arrives as an assembly rather than a bare motor, which makes the swap considerably easier on a machine that is earning its keep.

Commercial motors work far harder than domestic ones and fail accordingly: suction drops away, the unit overheats and trips out, noise and vibration climb, or it simply stops running. On a machine used daily, a motor at that stage costs labor time on every job.

Fitting a new assembly returns the LT-1601 to its rated airflow. Unless you are confident with motor work, have it installed by a service technician, as commercial machines are wired to a higher duty and the mounting has to seal properly for the suction to be there. Check the assembly against your machine before ordering.
