Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Certified UL recognized and CSA approved, this replacement Ametek Lamb motor assembly (Part #116471-00) is a 2-stage, 5.7-inch, 120-volt unit with peripheral discharge. Air-sealed bearings add protection against dirt and moisture, and the plastic housing with open enclosure and all-position mounting suits light-duty work.

As bearings and fans wear, the motor loses suction, runs noisy, or overheats. A correct-spec replacement returns rated airflow and steady operation.
