Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM carbon brush is designed for Ametek Lamb 240-volt, 7.2-inch vacuum motors, including motor 119894-04, and is sold individually. It presses on the commutator to carry current into the armature and wears down steadily as a service part.

When the carbon runs short, the motor may spark, lose suction, run intermittently, or give off a burning smell. Fitting a fresh brush restores steady contact and keeps the 240-volt motor pulling at full power.
