Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These motor carbon brushes for the Koblenz U-510 (Part #46-2024-1) are replacement brushes for the U-510 motor, matching part 2024. They ride against the spinning armature commutator and carry electrical current into the turning motor.

Carbon brushes wear down steadily, and once they are too short to make firm contact the motor loses power, sparks, or stops running entirely. A fresh set restores solid electrical contact and returns the motor to full, steady output.
