Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement brush roll motor (part #51F1-00801) powers the brush roll on the HiZero F100 Bionic Mop. It provides the rotation the roller needs to agitate the floor and gather debris.

A motor near the end of its life brings weak roller action, overheating, loud operation, or a roller that stops turning. Fitting the correct motor restores full performance and spares you the cost of a whole new machine.
