Engineered as a 5.7-inch, 2-stage, 120-volt unit, this replacement Ametek Lamb bypass motor (Part #116212) runs on double ball bearings and fits the Lamb 116212. Rated figures include 90.1 inches of sealed vacuum, 322 maximum air watts, 106.8 CFM, 8.8 amps, and 19,392 RPM through a peripheral discharge.
A motor at the end of its life brings loss of suction, unusual noise, a burning smell, or a failure to start. Swapping in the correct replacement restores full suction and adds years to the vacuum rather than retiring the whole machine.
