Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Rated near 1000 watts at 120 volts, this replacement Ametek Lamb thru-flow motor (Part #116429) is a 5.7-inch, 2-stage unit running on ball and sleeve bearings. Built for intermittent duty with an aluminum commutator bracket, a plastic fan bracket, and lead-wire connection, it weighs about 6 pounds and handles 50/60 Hz operation.

As the motor ages, central vacuum suction fades and the unit can grow noisy or hot. The correct replacement restores full airflow and extends the life of the machine rather than retiring it.
