Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Built for low-voltage systems, this Ametek Lamb 24V DC motor (motor #122237) is a two-stage, 6.6-inch replacement for battery-powered vacuums, portable extractors, and commercial cleaning equipment. Ametek Lamb motors are a recognized standard for durability, and the two-stage layout supplies the suction these machines depend on.

When a DC vacuum motor nears the end of its life, you will notice fading suction, a burning smell, rising noise, or a unit that no longer starts. Worn brushes and tired bearings are the usual causes. Fitting the correct 24V two-stage motor returns the equipment to its intended airflow and lift.
