Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Ametek Lamb motor (Part #119432-13) is a replacement 5.7-inch, 3-stage unit rated at 36 volts, cross-referenced to Lamb 119432. Its three fan stages build the higher pressure that central vacuum systems and commercial cleaning equipment depend on for suction across long runs of pipe.

A motor at the end of its life commonly shows loss of suction, a burning smell during operation, excessive noise, or a complete failure to start. Fitting a correctly matched unit restores the pressure and airflow the equipment was built around.
