Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Built to the Advantek design, this replacement Ametek Lamb thru-flow motor (Part #116758-29) is a 5.7-inch, 120-volt, 2-stage unit with Acustek peripheral discharge for quieter running. Rated figures include 289 peak air watts, 91.5 inches of sealed vacuum, 103 CFM, 23,436 RPM, and a 9.2 amp maximum, on double ball bearings.

The Advantek layout draws less input power for the same air performance, which improves efficiency and service life. Replace the motor when suction fades, noise climbs, or it fails to start.
